Adoption of 2021 Share Incentive Plan

On December 30, 2021, the board of directors of Aurora Mobile Limited, or the Company, and the compensation committee of the board approved and authorized the adoption of a 2021 Share Incentive Plan (the “2021 Plan”), effective immediately. Under the 2021 Plan, the maximum aggregate number of Class A common shares of the Company available for grant of awards is 4,000,000.
